Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we are pleased to offer worldwide shipping amd ship to most of the international ereas. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Also, international shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
My item arrived damaged- what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that your item arrived in less than perfect condition. Please email us at sales@herenroute.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving it. We will assess the situation and work swiftly to resolve it, whether that involves sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that you are pleased with your purchase.
How do I cancel or update my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase. For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at sales@herenroute.com.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at sales@herenroute.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Once your order is in production, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Can i return the items?
Yes, you can return items within our 14-day return policy. However, please ensure that items are in resalable condition. Unfortunately, items that are damaged or show excessive wear will not qualify for a refund. Additionally, due to the special materials used in certain products, we can only accept returns if the item is damaged, as specified in the product details
